Cookie Policy given under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), Directive 2002/58/EC and the Italian data protection authority's Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021. Last updated: 7 November 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser to remember things during your visit. Similar tools, such as the browser's local storage, work the same way.
Your choice
On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept statistics and marketing cookies. You can accept them all, reject them all, or choose them one by one with "Customise". Closing the banner with the × counts as rejecting. Until you accept, the website uses only technical cookies.
We remember your choice for 6 months, then ask you again. You can change it at any time with the cookie button at the bottom left of every page.
Technical cookies
The website needs them to work. By law they do not need your consent (Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code), and they are not used to profile you.

|---|---|---|
Session cookie (name ending in -session) | Keeps your visit going, for example while you fill in a booking. | 2 hours of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN | Protects the booking and contact forms from forged submissions. | 2 hours of inactivity |
cms_lang | Remembers the language you view the site in. | 1 year |
cms_consent | Remembers your cookie choice. | 6 months |
lang-suggest-closed (local storage, not a cookie) | Remembers that you closed the language tip, so it is not shown again. | Until you delete it |

Their policies: Google, Microsoft, Meta.
Other third-party content
Cloudflare Turnstile, if it is switched on for the forms, uses only the technical information needed to recognise automated submissions and does not profile you.
The Instagram and Facebook photos are copies kept on this website and set no Meta cookies.
Managing cookies
Besides using the cookie button, you can see and delete the website's cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Without the technical cookies, bookings and the contact form may not work.
